About The Wicked Blog

Yep, it’s about time we hosted a blog here at Wicked PR.

We’ve been writing and developing blogs for our clients over the past five years, and during this time, we’ve been more “do as we say” then “do as we do.” Well, it’s finally time for us to practice what we preach with The Wicked Blog, which you can access right here off our newly designed Wicked PR website.

So what can you expect here at The Wicked Blog?

First and foremost, we’ll talk about what’s wicked in public relations, social media and design. You’ll hear our thoughts on current topics such as the impact social media is having on brands and how best companies can leverage social media. We’ll take a look at what brands are doing well both online and off, and call out those companies we think are missing the boat, or sinking all together. We’ll talk about the things we’re doing for our clients and share the thinking behind our strategies, and we’ll take a look at what competitors are doing, giving them praise when they deserve it.

We’ll also highlight the very latest news in social media, PR and design with our regular Wicked Quick posts. Want to know the latest news about Facebook, Twitter or the newest social networking site to go bang or bust? Want to see the latest in design or be the first to know what’s happening in the world of public relations? Then check here daily to see what we’re linking to in our Wicked Quick updates.

Finally, we’ll go beyond the scope of social media, PR and design to talk about what’s on our minds in general. We’ll share everything from tips for running a small business to the latest iPhone app we’re digging or a cool restaurant we just ate at in New York or down the street in Santa Monica, and much, much more.

Most of all, we look forward to creating conversations via The Wicked Blog with pretty much anyone who has an opinion to share. And while we like to hear from those in the PR and marketing industry, we especially value the feedback we get from everyday people, the ones who are being marketed to by the likes of us. We want to know what you like and don’t like and where you’re spending your time online and off.

So subscribe to our RSS feed, stop by here often and see what we have to say as well as share what’s on your mind. We thank you in advance for joining the dialogue here at The Wicked Blog.
