Wicked designed and developed the blog for the Prevent Cancer Foundation, an organization dedicated to the prevention and early detection of cancer through research, education and community outreach. The simple, effective design and CMS allows for direct control and greater access to its staff, making it simple for them to publish posts that speak to its core messages: eating a healthful diet, exercising every day, quitting smoking and getting screened.
Wicked was tasked with developing and executing an online branding and communications strategy for Kristan, including designing and developing a website that brings to life Kristan’s unique identity and personality while also serving as the communication hub for all her projects. Wicked recently launched a newly-designed website for professional poker player Justin Bonomo at JustinBonomo.com. Justin and his management team were looking to completely revamp their existing site in order to better reflect who Justin is as person and poker player. Everything from video blogs, interviews, press releases, blog posts, photos, podcasts, Twitter and even musical tastes needed to be incorporated into the build.
The World Series of Poker Academy needed a simple, cost-efficient television commercial to run during popular poker programming on both ESPN and GSN. Using existing b-roll footage and photos along with voice over by Lon McEachern, a recognizable voice to poker fans, Wicked PR produced a commercial that delivered immediate results. Beyond running as a television ad, the video is featued on WSOPAcademy.com.
Wicked PR designed and developed TheCompleteLawyer.com, a website that focuses on quality of life and career issues that impact today’s lawyer. Previously published as a static, bimonthly online magazine, TCL was transformed by Wicked PR into a forward-looking site that publishes multiple stories on a daily basis while also serving as an online newsletter for more than 25 Bar Associations across the U.S.
Krystal needed to announce two new rule changes that would change the face of the competition at this year’s Krystal Square Off VI World Hamburger Eating Championship, a major in the sport of competitive eating. Wicked PR produced an online video to get competitive eaters and their fans excited about this year’s event. It also served as a fast-paced video news release and as an ongoing media and informational tool throughout the event.
Wicked PR designed and developed WSOPAcademy.com for its client the World Series of Poker Academy, the exclusive provider of live poker training offered under the banner of the World Series of Poker. The site informs viewers of upcoming events and includes bios for all pro instructors while seamlessly integrating media content on a real-time basis from the academy’s social media sites such as Flickr, YouTube, Facebook and Twitter.
Energy drink fans looking to get their hands on an icy cold, refreshing Krystal Blitz Energy Drink were in luck this August thanks to a social media campaign designed and executed by Wicked PR. The weeklong initiative required guests to stay tuned to Krystal’s Facebook, Twitter, Flickr and YouTube pages to discover specific web addresses that contain a coupon for a free Krystal Blitz, the fast food industry’s first branded energy drink.
